📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of support for financial operations and compliance needs. • Ensure seamless financial processes and maintain compliance with accounting standards. • Manage day-to-day financial tasks including accounting, financial statements preparation, and analysis. • Prepare and oversee purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), payment follow-ups, and compliance documentation. • Support financial reporting, tax compliance, and ERP management (preferably Zoho). • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. • Contribute to strategic financial initiatives as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and ERP systems (preferably Zoho). • Experience working in roles involving coordination with multiple stakeholders, such as suppliers, customers, or internal teams, is desirable. • Prior experience in implementing financial processes or working in fast-paced organizations is advantageous. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple financial processes and timelines. • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks. • Familiarity with managing financial operations in emerging markets or exposure to infrastructure or renewable energy sectors is a plus
