📋 Description
•Lead Data Analyst is responsible for driving the organization’s analytics strategy and overseeing key analytics initiatives. •Provide strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in developing data-driven solutions to support business decisions. •Manage analytics projects, define methodologies, select tools, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and the broader Data & AI team to deliver impactful insights.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. •7+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead analyst role. •Strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and statistical programming (e.g., Python, R). •Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and analytics solutions in a business environment. •Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. •Background in Agile/Lean methodologies and experience implementing DevOps at scale. •Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse). •Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and their application in business intelligence. •Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
