•More than just hair care, it’s a OUAI of life. •Founded by celebrity stylist Jen Atkin, OUAI’s mission is to give you the confidence to win life your OUAI. •OUAI seeks to create positive change in society through its products, services, and community initiatives. •The Creative team is looking for a Packaging Designer to support the ongoing evolution of the OUAI brand. •The ideal candidate is a highly creative, proactive, and detail-obsessed designer. •They will collaborate with the Creative & PD teams to create on-brand, innovative and thoughtful product packaging concepts and designs. •This role will report into the Creative Director.
Requirements
•4+ years of professional packaging design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment, preferably in the CPG/beauty industry. •Training or degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial Design •We Aren’t Afraid to Go First: As a Packaging Designer, bringing fresh and innovative concepts •Strong portfolio that showcases skills and experience in packaging design, graphic design, typography, color. •Strong project management and organization skills •Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively •Ability to embrace curiosity and creativity, and can champion ideas with confidence •Thrive in a fast-paced environment
