Description

• As a CRM Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to uncover valuable insights. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable strategies to drive sales growth and improve overall business outcomes. • Responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, developing data models, dashboards, and reports, and monitoring data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in an IT or sales environment. • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience with statistical tools is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience working with large datasets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
