Description

β€’ Support Specialists provide timely and professional applications and end-user support to customers. β€’ Serve as the primary contact between the company and users of the software. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex, non-generic customer issues.

Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in technical support and/or customer service. β€’ Able to learn multiple software products and aptitude for learning complex concepts. β€’ Effective written, verbal, and listening skills. β€’ Possesses strong customer support skills. β€’ Critical thinking to diagnose, problem solve, and make autonomous decisions. β€’ Prior experience with handling multiple priorities. β€’ Great time and task management skills. β€’ Proficiency with current and recent releases of MS Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, MS SQL Server or similar SQL packages, ODBC database concepts, and/or network protocols and environments. β€’ Medical Billing, Medical Claims, and/or accounting experience.
