• We are seeking five strategic Biotech Business Development Executives to join us across various regions • The ideal candidates will bring extensive service industry expertise across the Pharma/Biotech/CDMO sectors • Join our Sales & Marketing team to help our customers solve some of the world’s toughest challenges • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth in the Biotech market segment • Drive execution of sales goals, working cross-functionally with business unit leaders and strategic relationship managers • Become an expert in the partner’s pipeline and portfolio to identify cross-divisional commercial strategies • Deliver competitive solutions to customer’s distinct requirements • Lead and manage sophisticated deal structuring and negotiation processes
• Extensive experience in the Biotech industry is critical • Experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO) and clinical trials is highly desirable • Experience with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO) is important • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and handling complex deal structures • Proven track record of successfully competing in a highly competitive sales environment • Strong communication and influencing skills • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in one or more additional languages is a significant plus • Customer-centric approach • Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to drive innovation • Demonstrated experience leading within a matrix organization • Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and results
