• Support the day-to-day operations of the digital project management team • Manage project and workflow tasks • Coordinate project content intake and business review routing • Maintain data and reporting • Communicate across corporate functions and divisions • Build, maintain, and support project timelines and estimates • Perform production schedule checks and system administrative duties • Identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related project coordination experience • 1+ years’ experience as a user or other similar project management platform • Proficient with Microsoft applications • Proficiency in English • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal • Ability to coordinate and summarize information to communicate key points effectively • Solid ability to uphold positive team environments • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results • Technical knowledge of mobile devices and related mobile device management platforms
