• Director of Key Accounts supports Enterprise Services • Accountable for strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovative solutions • Drive accountability within teams and service providers • Deliver on customer commitments and service delivery • Lead discussions with stakeholders to drive improvements

Requirements

• 10+ years proven leadership experience in a similar executive role • Strong competence in strategic planning, operations, and commercial awareness • Outstanding teamwork and negotiation skills • Ability to efficiently implement standardized processes and technology • Thrives in a highly matrix organization • Passionate about leading large multi-focused teams • Understanding of asset management services and life sciences tools and instruments preferred • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Demonstrate financial competence
