Description

• Oversee operational strategy and execution of multiple Hope Lodges • Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to General Managers • Monitor and evaluate performance of Hope Lodges • Collaborate with General Managers to develop and monitor financial budgets • Handle elevated guest concerns & complaints • Offer mentorship and development opportunities to staff • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and requirements • Support overall Hope Lodge Operations as a subject matter expert

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to operations management, hospitality services, and patient support programs • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
