Description

• Head of Operations for the Product & Technology Center of Excellence at Socure. • Drive operational efficiency and enable cross-functional alignment. • Collaborate with senior leaders to standardize processes and track performance. • Oversee management and alignment of OKRs for the Product & Technology COE. • Partner with Finance and Product heads to establish and track Product P&Ls. • Lead efforts to ensure transparency and visibility of the Product & Technology roadmap. • Manage the COE’s budget and resources to align with business goals. • Standardize product development processes across all product lines. • Drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate communication. • Organize meetings and updates for stakeholder engagement. • Consult on organizational transformation initiatives for operational efficiency. • Oversee complex projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations leadership role, preferably within a product or technology organization. • Deep understanding of product management, technology development, and business operations. • Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives. • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, managing P&Ls, and financial reporting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across functions.
