• As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale. • You’ll lead all aspects of field service support and customer relationship management. • Perform installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and qualification of instrumentation. • Analyze instrument-generated chemistry and performance reports to recommend factory modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Sciences or related field preferred with a high school diploma required. • Minimum of 0-2 years hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, particularly working with analytical instrumentation. • Hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, Ion Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry instrumentation (GC, HPLC, IC, MS) preferred. • Specific LSMS Experience preferred (QE, Exploris, Fusion, etc.) • Establishing good customer rapport are essential. • Prioritize service requests and produce clear and concise documentation.
