• Discover meaningful work making a positive impact in healthcare. • Build validated business cases for new products and fine-tune forecasting. • Ensure products meet market needs and impact patients. • Implement and handle new and/or existing products in a portfolio through launch excellence. • Produce and drive credible regional market-based forecasts. • Develop and sustain impactful product roadmaps. • Build and implement short- and long-term strategic plans. • Establish and supervise critical metrics and provide regular reports to measure success.
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product care, lifecycle management, upstream product marketing, forecasting, strongly preferred. • Technical laboratory experience, or education in a relevant scientific field (e.g. biochemistry, molecular biology, etc.) strongly preferred. • Deep healthcare, diagnostic and/or clinical trial industry knowledge strongly preferred. • Has an executive presence, strong business insight, and ability to navigate ambiguity. • Proven track record in leading upstream marketing activities. • Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, market trends, and challenges. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to advise marketing strategies and optimize execution. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that lend to effective cross-functional collaboration across teams. • Strong project management experience with the ability to prioritize and run multiple initiatives simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
