Description

• Develop key business relationships with senior level decision makers within clinical accounts • Manage and grow client accounts • Increase sales through focused selling to new customer opportunities • Collaborate with and support field sales generalists in the clinical market

Requirements

• Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) with appropriate major required • MSc or PhD is an asset • 5+ years of successful hands-on clinical lab or clinical sales experience • Laboratory technician experience strongly preferred • Approximately 30 to 50% travel required • Bilingual French required • Valid driver's license and vehicle • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to identify business opportunities related to growth strategies • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated and goal oriented
