• Lead contact center-focused technology projects with a focus on Genesys Cloud CX platform. • Communicate architecture and design principles. • Improve existing processes and procedures related to contact center functionality.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area • 10 years related experience in IT or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. • Genesys Cloud experience required • Contact Center or Call Center experience highly preferred • Experience with telephone carriers highly preferred (example: Lumen, Tata, AT&T)
