Description

• Provide on-site professional technical support in North America • Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges • Support tool acceptance and new technologies • Develop positive relationships with customers • Coordinate with internal teams on product acceptance

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with dual beam (FIB/SEM) • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with an advanced degree • Metrology experience preferred • Understanding of semiconductor processing • Experience with Thermo Fisher/FEI Dual Beam software preferred • Experience with coding or scripting (C#, Python, MATLAB) is a plus • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
