• Support the recruitment process, including strategy meetings, sourcing, and candidate screening • Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices • Help develop strategies to find and attract top talent • Assist with recruitment-related questions

Requirements

• Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or similar degree between December 2025 and June 2026 • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
