β€’ Support the recruitment process, including strategy meetings, sourcing, and candidate screening β€’ Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) β€’ Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms β€’ Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices β€’ Help develop strategies to find and attract top talent β€’ Assist with recruitment-related questions

Requirements

β€’ Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or similar degree between December 2025 and June 2026 β€’ 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred β€’ Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity β€’ Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
