• Responsible for the development and expansion of Rapid Molecular Methods in the Biopharma manufacturing environment. • Work closely with key opinion leaders for Analytics and collaborate with global teams. • Develop and complete business objectives to promote the adoption of Rapid Molecular Methods. • Employ distinct sales approaches with technical, manufacturing, and commercial partners. • Manage key accounts within the region, including those spanning other global geographies. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed targets. • Engage with key influencers and regulatory departments to drive business using a Top-Down approach.

Requirements

• Degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of previous experience in a Sales position, preferably with domain knowledge from the BioPharma/Pharma Industry. • Knowledge of Q-PCR and DNA Sequencing technology platforms desired. • Highly organized individual with a proven record of achieving business objectives. • Motivated individual who can effectively collaborate with a diverse pan-European team. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
