• Work in collaboration with Scrum Teams delivering Analytical solutions • Coach and mentor the existing team on scrum methodology • Coordinate with various scrum teams for seamless feature delivery • Support adopting SAFe Core Values and practices • Ensure rules of Agile Team are lightweight yet effectively implemented • Promote SAFe quality practices to improve output quality • Supervise various metrics tracking team Quality, Productivity, and Innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent degree with 6+ years of proven experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling projects using BI and cloud technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS, SQL server, etc. • Experience, instincts, and enthusiasm around testing and testability and driving quality objectives • Experience in driving implementation and reporting of Non-Functional Requirements (NFR – Performance, Cost, etc.) • Have Agile Scrum Certifications (i.e. SAFe SSM, CSM, PMP-ACP, etc.) • Experience in working and handling Atlassian suite tools
