• The AIG BI and analytics team focuses on delivering outstanding Business Intelligence and Analytics products. • Responsible for the agile scrum process for Scrum Teams delivering Analytical Instrumentation Group Business Intelligence and Analytical solutions. • Coach and mentor the existing team on scrum methodology. • Coordinate with various scrum teams in Release Train and release management to ensure seamless feature delivery in production. • Promote a collaborative team environment that cultivates experimentation, creativity, and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of proven experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence. • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, coordinating the collaboration of multiple teams. • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling projects using BI and cloud technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS, SQL server, etc. • Have Agile Scrum Certifications (i.e. SAFe SSM, CSM, PMP-ACP, etc.) • Experience in working and handling Atlassian suite tools.
