• Lead and manage a team of Security Auditors. • Establish technical growth goals for team members. • Oversee technical onboarding of new team members. • Document the auditing process for security auditors. • Execute the auditor recruitment strategy. • Conduct assessments for team knowledge gaps. • Optimize processes and workflows. • Work with leadership to align team goals with business objectives. • Act as security liaison to the Thesis engineering department. • Facilitate security training sessions for team members. • Lead design of automated security tools. • Stay abreast of emerging security threats in crypto space. • Develop strategies for security audits.
