•Executive Assistant to the Business and People Operations Manager •100% Work from home in Luzon, Philippines only •Flexible late shift - Core working hours from 8:30 PM - 1:30 AM PHT (remaining hours can be completed before or after that) •Proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Business & People Operations Manager •Help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensure organization. •Handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality. •Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and collaborative approach are important.
•At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role •Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail •Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English •Ability to work independently and manage time effectively •Experience with calendar management •Proven experience developing and following SOP’s •Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information •Comfortable working with and learning new technologies •Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently •Experience in managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings •Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations •Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in solving problems •Warm and approachable personality •Direct and clear communication style (someone who appreciates getting right to the point) •Ability to build and maintain professional relationships •Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment •Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
•Monthly flat salary - 67,986 PHP •43 days off per year. This includes 22 holidays per year, plus 21 days of PTO per year.
