UK, and Europe. • You'll be the magician who brings the magic together. • Be a significant presence in the global marketing team. • Take ownership of the customer-facing website. • Build a class-leading multi-segmented marketing nurture system. • Manage and document any changes that happen and the rationale behind them. • Build automation to enable the marketing team's efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in hyper-growth in the SaaS B2B Enterprise marketing operations (€10-€100m ARR). • You are a builder rather than an organiser. • Required: Current or recent certified expert (Champion) in Marketo • Admin-level proficiency in Salesforce. • Extensive knowledge of Gong, GA, Headless CMS (Storyblok), Vercel. • An empathetic, motivated, and proactive team player. • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing work environment. • Confidence, motivation to grow, fearlessness to fail, and a relentless drive to enhance processes. • Web development experience.
