Requirements
• Business process experience on at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform • Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite • Able to understand business requirements and translate to test cases • Certified System Administrator (Preferred) • Experience with creating ATF test cases (Preferred) • Strong presentation skills • Strong project and situational awareness • Strong communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Self-starter
