Description

• The purpose of this role is to provide Dayforce WFM consulting support for all aspects of the assigned Dayforce Projects. • The Dayforce WFM Consultant participates in all stages of the delivery lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support). • Deliverable responsibilities include gathering customer requirements and configuring the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements. • Consult and provide best practices and recommendations on new product functionality ensuring the client is maximizing their investment. • Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to product functionality. • Configure application to meet customer’s documented business requirements. • Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables. • Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise. • Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users. • Contribute to internal product initiatives and document solutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field is preferred. • 5-8 years experience in Cloud Based Software delivery. • 3-5 years of software delivery experience is preferred. • Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing environment, including experience with an HRIS/ERP system is preferred. • Demonstrated experience with change management is a plus. • Demonstrated critical thinking through reviewing numbers, trends, and data yielding conclusions based on findings. • High level of integrity working with confidential client and customer data. • Experience in business process mapping. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and project scheduling tools. • Ability to work multiple projects and clients at the same time and manage priorities. • Desire and ability to thrive as a detail-oriented team player who can work with minimal supervision. • Understanding of the software development life cycle. • Strong collaboration and organizational skills. • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present findings, or translate data conclusions into an understandable documentation. • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and easily. • Desire to successfully operate in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed (Up to 10% Travel Required)
