Description

• Support the engineering of backend solutions aimed at improving developer onboarding and managing cloud workloads. • Diagnose and resolve issues with GCP services, Kubernetes deployments, Terraform setups, and other cloud-based technologies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges efficiently. • Communicate clearly with clients, offering updates on problem resolution and ensuring a positive experience. • Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing and client training. • Actively seek ways to enhance processes, tools, and documentation.

Requirements

• Must reside within the continental US while working. • This role is W-2-only and it is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity (no C2C). • We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. • Standard Eastern Time business hours (full-time) and you must be exclusively dedicated to this role (no other simultaneous job engagements are permitted). • 1-2 years of hands-on professional experience in a Cloud, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering role. • Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. • Experience working with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm). • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and practices (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in English. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
