• 5+ years of highly successful commercial/enterprise technology sales experience • 3+ years working with ServiceNow • Experience with both short cycle (2 months) and long cycle (6 months) sales • Strong communication skills • Experience selling enterprise ITSM solutions and services • Maintain knowledge of current market conditions
