• Highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with expertise in ITSM and ITOM • Talented BPC that represents the department when meeting with business owners, stakeholders, process owners and managers • Analytical and deductive individuals who can think outside the box and be a team player • Strong communication skills, a problem solver with attention to detail and a very proactive and empathetic person • Deliver workshops and demos, experts in one or more areas
Requirements
• Professional in technology areas such as System engineering, Electronical engineering or similar • 5+ years’ experience in process development, management, and improvement • Working on ServiceNow • Gathering requirements • Working on ITSM on ServiceNow • Knowledge & Experience on Agile Frameworks • Experience preparing and conducting software/process requirement gathering workshops for IT infrastructure projects. • CMDB, IT Operations, Network infrastructure background • Previous experience in the analysis and the design of the operational, tactical, and strategic indicator (KPI's) of IT operational processes • Prototype/Wireframe design • Excel advanced • ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 • Scrum Product Owner Certification • Certification in COBIT, TOGAF, SIX SIGMA, LEAN • CSM • ITOM
