📋 Description

• Responsible for the implementation of stories following the standards of the area. • Participate in design sessions, leading part of them. • Attend definition sessions and collaborate in the elaboration of design documents. • Create technical user stories. • Perform developments and functional validation of the implemented process. • Support in the implementation of the project in production. • Resolve high to medium complexity issues/defects and escalate to production. • Coordinate with colleagues in different projects and help junior profiles to grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments, implementations and/or integrations. • Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers. • ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) required. • ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – required. • Any one or combination of these modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, IRM. • ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desired. • Experience with database design schemas and data modeling. • Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired. • Experienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js. • Strong requirements gathering experience. • Ability to work with business users and clients. • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity. • Proven team player. • ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred). • Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred.
