Description

• As a Process Automation Specialist / Product Owner, you will be responsible for documenting, mapping, and automating our operational processes across various departments including Operations, Research, Commercial, Finance, and Tech • Work closely with key stakeholders, building strong relationships to understand their needs and challenges, and develop comprehensive process documentation • Maintain this documentation, aiming for excellence, and ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with the Tech team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in process documentation, mapping, and automation within an eCommerce or similar environment • Strong understanding of operational processes in sales, purchasing, commercial, finance, and tech functions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience in project management and product ownership, with a track record of delivering successful automation projects • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Clickup) • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
