• About Thomas Park • Thomas Park is a full-service commercial real estate firm offering alternative investment strategies and third-party commercial real estate services. • We are seeking a skilled Space Planning Contractor to support our team with efficient, high-quality design solutions for commercial environments. • As a Space Planning Contractor, you will use your expertise in interior design to develop strategic and aesthetically pleasing layouts for various commercial spaces. • Develop space plans for commercial properties, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and efficient use of space. • Create design concepts and layouts based on client needs and project specifications. • Collaborate with our team to align design solutions with project goals and brand identity. • Present and revise space plans as needed, incorporating feedback efficiently. • Deliver finalized space plans within 2-4 business days, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer specializing in commercial space planning. • Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar). • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. • High attention to detail and an understanding of building codes, accessibility, and functional flow in commercial spaces.
