• About ThriveCart: • ThriveCart is a powerful platform used by over 50,000 people worldwide to generate over $5B in sales. • Integrated with everything you use, it has a simple, clean UI with numerous features. • We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. • Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new customers. • Create and implement tailored onboarding plans for approximately 120 customers per month. • Develop and maintain onboarding materials in collaboration with the marketing and design teams. • Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the onboarding experience. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or support roles, preferably within a SaaS environment. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and features. • Background in design and marketing, with the ability to create engaging onboarding content. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer experience. • Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
