Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance budgeting and forecasting models. • Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, highlighting key metrics and variances. • Create dynamic dashboards and visualization tools to provide real-time insights for stakeholders. • Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives, including market expansions, product launches, and investments. • Conduct scenario analyses and build financial models to support decision-making. • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and drive operational efficiencies. • Implement automation and best practices to streamline reporting and data management. • Partner with teams across departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to gather financial data and ensure cohesive financial planning. • Provide financial guidance and training to non-financial stakeholders to enhance financial literacy across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC). • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. • Experience with financial and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning software (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights). • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences. • High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
