๐ฏ Requirements
โข 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. โข Proven track record of scaling and leading engineering teams in a SaaS or eCommerce environment. โข Deep expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar), and software architecture best practices. โข Experience with payment processing, checkout systems, or related eCommerce technologies is a plus. โข Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a high-growth setting. โข Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering efforts with business goals.
