• About ThriveCart: • ThriveCart is a powerful platform used by over 50,000 people worldwide to generate over $5B in sales. • Included within the ThriveCart platform is a learning management system (LMS), affiliate management, cart and checkout functionality, making it a top solution for creators, coaches, consultants, and other businesses. • We integrate with everything you use and have a simple, clean UI with numerous features that allow customers to build income from existing traffic and we are the highest-converting cart for online businesses. • Our business is growing, profitable, and backed by LTV SaaS Growth Funds, and we are looking to expand our footprint amongst online businesses. • Location (Remote): UK or EU • Job Overview: We’re currently rapidly expanding our product team, and that means we need a larger UX/UI department. That means we need someone to lead them, and we’re hoping that someone is you. • As Head of UI/UX, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing the team, and ensuring everyone works to the same set of guidelines. You’ll establish the processes you know work to ensure the team follow all the latest best practice, and thanks to you, our users will have a consistent experience across our whole suite of apps. • What Your Work Will Entail: • Leading and mentoring a team of UX and UI designers • Hiring, onboarding, and performance management within the team • Liaising with product managers to assign UX/UI resources to projects • Establish style guides and best practices • Setting up and managing user research processes so we know we’re building what our customers need, not just what we hope is a good idea • Build processes to ensure the team work smoothly and consistently across all projects • Reviewing UX and UI work across the company to ensure high standards. • Learn More About ThriveCart: • Our Values are: Commit to Excellence, Find a Way, Help Each Other, Keep Growing, Data First.
