• Thrive Market was founded in 2014 with a mission to make healthy and sustainable living easy and affordable for everyone. • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support our top-line growth and margin expansion efforts. • You’ll help support the annual planning process, monthly business reviews, and strategic initiatives by building financial models. • Our ideal candidate is genuinely curious and proactive and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Experience in E-commerce, retail, or CPG business required • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex financial modeling • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets to draw actionable insights • Experience with SQL or BI tools (Domo, Tableau, etc.) strongly preferred • Experience with ERP/planning/forecasting/reporting tools (Netsuite, Adaptive, etc.) strongly preferred • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
