🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership, program management and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives • 10+ years of experience in a Finance Transformation, IT business systems, business operations, product management, or a consulting role responsible for driving finance service delivery • 5+ years of experience in people management, including at least 3 years of FinanceTech leadership • Proven track record of strategic and tactical leadership that drive business growth and efficiency. Has successfully implemented, optimized and integrated ERP platforms and related enterprise financial systems & tools. • Extensive knowledge of core finance processes, including Forecasting, Quote to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay • Able to communicate effectively with both C-suite, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to conceptualize and sell ideas internally and attain win-win outcomes • Proven track record of building effective relationships with Executives and senior leadership • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously that have fluctuating requirements, and time-sensitive deadlines
