📋 Description

• Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations in support of month-end close. • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business operations. • Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives. • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support forecasting activities. • Collaborating with department heads to gather inputs and validate assumptions for budget and forecast preparation. • Providing insights and recommendations on financial planning and strategic initiatives. • Evaluating financial implications of new projects, investments, and business opportunities. • Supporting long-term strategic planning efforts with robust financial analysis. • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance. • Conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights to improve financial outcomes. • Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support. • Communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders. • Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • An MBA or CPA designation is a plus. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within a corporate environment. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills. • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Blackline, Hyperion) is highly desirable. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
