📋 Description

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making. • Manage the company's cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing working capital. • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control. • Preparation of all government account requirements, such as annual incurred cost submission and forward pricing rates. • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. • Manage monthly close process adhering to all corporate deadlines. • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred • 12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years progressive leadership experience • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in financial software and tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience in government agencies is a plus. • Knowledge of FAR and CAS is a plus. • Knowledge of SAP and/or Deltek Costpoint is preferred. • Intermediate to expert Excel skills preferred. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
