📋 Description

• Work along-side the Application Associate Director to support creation of AOP, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning scenarios. • Partner with the functional leads to drive alignment on forecasts, R&Os and understanding of financial levers. • Collaborate with BU Finance leads to provide transparency on financial impacts and facilitate scope discussions. • Ensure monthly accruals, intercompany billings and cost reclassifications are executed timely and compliantly. • Serve as the financial lead for key Infrastructure projects as the business continues to evolve. • Assist with gathering data out of various systems, performing analysis, and reporting results (including headcount, expenses, labor reporting, etc.) to management on a regular basis. • Analyze performance to plan and identify risks & opportunities through analysis on a monthly basis. • Manage process improvements and assess best practices between workstreams and hUTC/hRTN • Work with all levels of management and develop solutions to a variety of problems (may refer to established precedents and policies).

🎯 Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Experience with Finance projects and the ability to work simultaneous projects • Experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Databases and software systems experience such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or other Enterprise Systems • Collaboration and communication (i.e., presentations, memos, white papers) to multiple levels (including executive) in the organization • People Leader Experience
