📋 Description
• Vida Health is a virtual health clinic that provides expert, personalized, on-demand health coaching and programs from a network of experienced health care providers. • The Senior Director/VP of Finance will lead financial planning, analysis and operations. • You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring strong fiscal discipline and driving sustainable growth. • The role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and key strategic initiatives while partnering with executives across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in high-growth technology, healthcare or digital health companies. • Proven track record in strategic financial planning, corporate finance, FP&A and operational finance. • Deep expertise in financial modeling, business analytics and KPI-driven decision-making. • Strong knowledge of unit economics, SaaS or subscription-based revenue models and healthcare finance is a plus. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to executives, investors and external stakeholders. • Experience leading fundraising, M&A or strategic partnerships is a plus.
