📋 Description
• At Thrive, a Senior Engineer of the Cloud Deployment team is responsible for deploying infrastructure-based Thrive Service Offerings to diverse client environments • This position’s primary objective is to expedite service activations through efficient task completion with a focus on excellent customer service and technology best practices • Additionally, this role will assist in mentoring and training less experienced engineers while also setting standards for cloud deployment best practices • A Senior Engineer will work with Deployment Engineers, Project Managers and Thrive clients to accomplish those goals and objectives
🎯 Requirements
• Basic Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent work experience • Excellent problem solver; able to prioritize and coordinate between tasks • 3-6+ years of server deployment and migration experience • Self-motivated, has ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Experience troubleshooting network configuration and hardware issues • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation Technologies • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to articulate and convey technical information to non-technical individuals • Is available to work after hours when necessary • Ability to follow previously documented process while notifying management of variables that have not been clarified
