• We’re building an app for homeowners to manage their homes effortlessly. • Seeking a growth marketing manager for audio and video channels. • Manage performance and media marketing channels, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with teams. • Identify automation opportunities and extract data-driven insights. • Partner with internal teams and creative to achieve KPIs.

Requirements

• BS or BA, focus in marketing or quantitative discipline (Statistics, Business, Economics) preferred. • 5 years + of direct experience managing performance and media marketing channels like OTT, Linear TV, Affiliate, Youtube, Streaming Audio, Display, etc. • Eager to learn and stretch across breadth of digital media marketing functions • High attention to detail and the ability to set and hit aggressive project deadlines • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high stakes but incredibly supportive Growth Marketing team • Clear, concise communication style and comfort working with a diverse group of people • Highly analytical and data driven with a strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, creating data templates and dashboards). • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional growth teams across data science, marketing analytics, engineering, and creative teams • Bonus points if you have • Experience scaling OTT, Linear TV, and Streaming Audio • Experience in a marketplace company and/or high-growth startup • Experience testing new channels from scratch • Experience with marketing technology and analytics tools • Experience handling upwards of $XXM yearly program budgets • Integrated media / strategy planning experience at an agency • Basic SQL knowledge
