• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, ETF Specialist to join our Business Development team. • This individual will play a critical role in expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of Tidal’s ETF offerings. • Identify and cultivate relationships with asset managers, financial advisors, institutions, and other potential clients. • Nurture and progress high quality prospects through the sales cycle. • Curate custom content for large opportunities focused on specific topics such as ETF Creation/Redemptions, ETF product evaluation, and ETF distribution and marketing strategies. • Serve as a subject matter expert on ETFs, effectively communicating the benefits of Tidal’s platform and solutions. • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales goals and grow the ETF platform. • Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive opportunities to drive innovative solutions. • Represent Tidal Financial Group at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ETF Capital Markets/Trading or Portfolio Implementation, 40'Act Asset Management, or ETF Market Making. • Deep understanding of ETF ecosystem and limitations, regulatory landscape, benefits of ETFs over other financial instruments and macro market dynamics. • Deep understanding of ETF tax efficiency, 351 conversions, and ETF competitive landscape. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies with a small team. • Demonstrated results of effectively achieving deliverables through team and resource management. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Exceptional organization skills to manage fast growing pipeline and evaluate and target best ROI opportunities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and pitch specific solutions suited to various types and styles of Opportunities.
