Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts • Close deals with a focus on the net revenue added each month • Be involved in creating processes, playbooks, and best practices for our outbound efforts • Serve core clients of Tidio with a focus on North America but also Europe or Latam • Manage upsells in collaboration with the customer success managers • Create relationships with our top clients and new sign-ups • Create impactful email and outreach campaigns for your book of business

Requirements

• You have professional experience (min. 5 years) in a SaaS Account Executive role selling to various industries and sectors • You have a proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-volume sales as well as experience handling larger upmarket opportunities and a strong emphasis on outbound sales strategies • You feel passionate about sharing knowledge and participating in improving processes by creating sales playbooks • You have experience in selling to US-based clients • You are ready to cover ET/Central/PDT time in the US along with some clients based in Europe • You have native or close to native English skills (a high-level proficiency) • You have the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships • You are familiar with Hubspot, Totango, Gong, or similar platforms
