• Responsible for meeting sales targets by category and total business. • Evaluates competitiveness with local competitors and proposes promotional actions to gain market share by category. • Defines the commercial strategy together with the country manager for different promotional campaigns. • Executes the category development strategy together with the category management team. • Defines each offer for different channels together with onsite marketing. • Evaluates the competitiveness of shipping prices and the overall proposal. • Responsible for product detail page (PDP) conversion rates, working with catalog/category teams on the enrichment and communication of PDPs. • Responsible for diversifying sales in the extended catalog of each category. • Works with the product team to propose improvements impacting PDP or commercial actions. • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up reports on key KPIs. • Analyzes own and market information to improve site offerings versus other channels. • Identifies gaps in offers and prices, identifies opportunities within the platform, collaborates in developing new business, and monitors category KPIs.
• Not just data-driven & analytical, but also capable of using data to take action. • Know-how in data construction, and build it from scratch. • Hands-on approach. • 5 years of experience in e-commerce. • Approximately 2 years in a similar role. • Power BI / Tableau. • SQL. • Experience in Startups. • Preferably advanced in or having completed a relevant degree. • Advanced level of English.
