Description

• Develop long term relationships with customers to better position yourself to suggest appropriate products to them. • Make sales calls – mostly to current and previous buyers – to generate product sales.. • Understand customer priorities and position the various Magnifi publications to meet those needs either bundled or stand-alone. • Track and report your sales numbers on a daily basis. • Work in tandem with customer service to resolve customer issues and find opportunities to turn complaints into sales. • Meet with the sales team and leadership at least once weekly to discuss new campaigns and to provide updates and feedback.

Requirements

• Successful product sales experience working directly with customers • Experience working in a start-up and/or small, fast-paced environments with little structure • Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome objections to close sales • Demonstrated success in being to understand customer needs and objectives and developing product configuration solutions to meet those needs • Demonstrated track record of breaking down barriers via cold-calling and email marketing • Financial services, fintech and/or technical industry experience strongly preferred. • An understanding of investing and how investment research products work, or a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in our products and customers
