🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in data analysis and profiling, specifically within the healthcare insurance domain with a graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or a related field. • Robust and hands-on SQL and Python skills and experience with visualization tools Tableau/PowerBI • Must have strong communication skills • Must have some Insurance industry background and potentially well versed with the billing functionalities (Payroll billing, Direct Billing) • Convert business requirements into smaller workstreams for the data engineers and other analysts on the team • Use data to drive actionable insights and calculate the impact of various launched features. • Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms • Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams
