β’ Oversee compliance with health plan contracts β’ Contribute to development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance protocols β’ Monitor and assess compliance risks β’ Provide legal guidance on business and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals β’ Advise on contract law matters, including negotiation, drafting, and reviewing contracts related to operations β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that support the company's compliance and legal objectives β’ Identify areas where in-house compliance and legal capabilities can be enhanced, and where external expertise is required β’ Provide insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge β’ Perform other duties and projects as assigned
β’ 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance and contract law β’ JD (Juris Doctor) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited law school β’ Legal background
