• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with brands to enhance TikTal's client portfolio. • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth. • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling pitches and proposals for potential brand partners. • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales team. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Conduct market research to understand the evolving needs of brands and influencers. • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and positive outcomes.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the influencer marketing or advertising industry. • Able to achieve 6-figure revenue targets on a quarterly basis. • Coach, mentor, and support junior team members to scale. • Experienced with startup and dynamic working environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • In-depth understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms. • Willing to work within the US timezone mainly (EST).
