Description

• Assist customers firsthand with a genuine, engaging nature to enhance their purchasing experience • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer’s conflicts by providing optimal sale solutions based on their needs and concerns • Oversee sales transactions to ensure they are completed correctly, and installation dates placed promptly • Act as a liaison between our existing internal clients and their potential new external customers • Retain product knowledge by actively participating in ongoing training and development workshops • Collaborate with fellow customer service associates and sales team to determine the most effective way to generate and increase revenue and services for our clients

Requirements

• High School Diploma or comparable certification • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Business Management preferred • Experience in customer service, sales, or retail • Reliable Transportation • Flexible availability
