Description

• Manage and coordinate the Sales Director's schedule in the Key Account & Partner Management department • Assist in the planning of meetings and events • Monitor calendar entries to avoid double bookings • Create professional presentations, reports, and documents using MS Office or other suitable tools • Participate in important strategic meetings and produce efficient protocols • Support the organization, coordination, and moderation of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) meetings • Organize business trips and ensure smooth travel preparations, including travel expense settlements • Maintain an efficient and organized working environment for the Leadership Team

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification • Experience in a similar assistance role or supporting executives is desirable • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor • Discretion and handling of sensitive information • Team player with a willingness to collaborate with other departments • Fluent in both German and English • Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure • Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
